Amanda's VCF 

Amanda Stiff, Financial Advisor, is the Founder and Owner of Access Advisors, LLC, which represents the culmination of her 30-year career within the financial services industry. Amanda provides independent financial, investment advice and brokerage services.

A native of Manhattan, and alumna of Smith College, Amanda received her Master of Business Administration degree from Columbia University Graduate School of Business in the City of New York and began her career working on Wall Street for a boutique investment bank in 1980. She then worked for a bank holding company offering auto leasing and equipment leasing services to subsidiary banks. She returned to Wall Street as a foreign equities and domestic institutional trader for a firm specializing in investment banking in mobile communications services. In 1996 Amanda started her own mortgage lending business in Sarasota, FL and in 2005 she opened her investment advisory firm. She joined Harbor Financial Services  (nka Level Four Financial, LLC) in 2009. She is licensed in FL, VA, DC, OH, MA, MI, NY, NH, NJ, CT, TX and holds a Florida Insurance License – Life & Variable Annuity.

She has served as an Assistant Professor of Finance and International Business at Eckerd College in St. Petersburg and Sarasota, teaching business and investment finance courses. Amanda was awarded Best Paper on her Panel at the Association for Global Business for her work as co-author of "Moderating the Effects of Finance Anxiety on Business Students: an Experiment.

A strong believer in giving back to her community, Amanda has been active in many professional and civic organizations. She chaired the Sarasota Reading Festival for three years and was a member of the Board of Directors of the Community Foundation of Sarasota County, serving as its Treasurer for several years. Amanda served on the Sarasota County Domestic Violence Task Force and volunteered on the Crisis hotline at SPARCC (Safe Place and Rape Crisis Center) as well serving on its Board of Directors. She is frequently called upon to present talks to community groups on personal financial topics, which is complemented by her passion for financial education and the message she conveys. When not in the office, Amanda spends her time with friends and family, reading, and riding horses.
